Today, Magazine companies are doing a great job catching readers' attention into reading their magazines. Many of these companies use different techniques such as the different text and shapes they use, color, tone, the types of advertisements that they put into their magazines, etc. In the article, "Chances are you won't bother to read this article” talks about different ways magazines catch the audiences' attention by what they put in the cover of their magazines. Some companies use different techniques that can attract the different genders. For example, in the article it mentioned that some companies use more colors that is more masculine, they also use bolder text and maybe include sports. Having creative and interesting opening sequences of films can impact films in a great way. Not only can it change the audiences' perspectives and thoughts about the entire film but it can also give us more information about the main character(s), the setting in the movie and where it will be taking place, and it will also give us an idea what the movie will be about. Many producers and authors of these films are successful at catching the audiences' attention. There are many skills and tips the producers use to make the beginning of the movie interesting.
